Arctic char camp in West Greenland, 8
Join us on a trip to one of Greenland’s best arctic char
rivers! On the west coast near Maniitsoq we fish for arctic
chars up to 5-6 kg in a fantastic surrounding. We’ll have
the river all to ourselves and sleep protected in recently
built hunter cabins.
What do other guests say about the trip?
Juris Stipins enjoyed the fishing
It was really GREAT trip to Greenland for
fishing. May be the best in lifetime! There were too much
chars in the river , big and strong. Average 2 - 3 kilos
with some up to 5 kilos.
Fantastic beautiful river with waterfall. Very good camping,
all what need fishermans. Thanks to Oscar the food was
great. It was first trip with guide for us and we are very
happy about it. Oscar is great young man, excellent guide!
Fishing trip to Greenland I think is much better with guide,
no question about price.
Pre trip information was good except one - please inform
before trip about
fishing rules on the river.
And of course we recommend this trip for our friends. Great
job Gronlandsresor, Mikael, and of course Oscar!

The fishing was excellent! We could fish
in the sea, the lake and in the river, so it was really
diversified. The camp was great and had everything we need.
I would definitely recommend this trip.
Me (and also Erkki) are very pleased with the trip and would
like to thank you for that. Grönlandsresor have proven great
service during all parts, from presenting the trip to the
actually arrangement on site.
It would be great if more Finns would
learn about the trip and then it would help if you could
present the trip in Finnish. I
would gladly help with that!

We at Grönlandsresor off course agree that
more people in Finland should learn about this great trip
and thanks Hekki for the
